FREE, FREE, FREE why wouldn’t you want to spend an afternoon in Bellevue’s beautiful Botanical Gardens. 54 acres to explore, this is a must stop!!
A GREAT Place to go and walk and see some great plants
One of the cutest coffee places Ive found! The Cup & Muffin has a fantastic Mocha that will knock your socks off. A great Ferry Ride across Puget Sound (with amazing views of Mt Rainier) will take you to Kingston, WA where you will find this diamond in the rough. The people are just as great as the coffee.

This morning we drove to Crystal Mountain for Easter brunch at The Summit House. One of the best experiences to date!! The drive takes you through a winding fir tree lined road that is a site to see in its self. Once arriving at Crystal Mountain, you have to take a Gondola ride up to the summit, A 6,800 ft beautiful ride. On a clear day the views are suppose to be amazing, today we weren’t that lucky. Although it was snowing like crazy, I couldn’t help but try to capture the moment. I hope you enjoy.

An afternoon in Mt Vernon, WA. Tulips as far as the eye can see. Red, Yellow, Purple, Pink, Pink and Yellow, White…it doesn’t matter what your favorite color is – they have then. You can wonder the beautiful fields of tulips all afternoon, this event is very family friendly. These fields of tulips have even been compared to Holland. Its a must see!!! Oh and don’t forget to stop by the great gift shop and either take some home, or buy something that has tulips on it.

these pictures are amazing…..
We decided to take a day trip and head south to Oregon. Our destination Bridal Veil. Let me tell you this, if your from the east coast you probably have never seen sites like this. There is no cost, and at Multnomah Falls there is a great lodge that serves up a really amazing dinner, in a fine dine atmosphere. The falls is very accessible, and if your feeling up to a small hike, you can venture up to the second level on the bridge. Another amazing find here in the Pacific Northwest.
